What should I do if the payment is not successful?
If you experience problems with the payment, first check a few things. Consider at what stage the problem occurred. Were you on Puhti’s website or on your bank’s website?
- If the problem is on your bank’s website, contact your bank. Also check if your bank is experiencing a maintenance outage. Try the payment again in about an hour.
- If the payment is still not successful, try another payment method. Make sure that you have filled in all the information carefully. Remember to accept the terms and conditions of the order and agreement.
- Also check that your internet connection is working. If you are using a coupon code, make sure it is spelled correctly and is valid. Do not use spaces before or after the code.
