How often should you measure your well-being with Puhti tests?
For most people, 1–2 blood tests per year are enough for basic well-being monitoring. Body composition measurements are typically recommended every 1–3 months.
If you make lifestyle changes (e.g. diet, exercise or sleep), take a follow-up measurement after 3–4 months to see the effects. For athletes, the measurement interval may be more frequent – the most important thing is consistency and comparability (e.g. the same time of day).
The results are clearly displayed in graphs in the MyJournal service. If you have symptoms or suspect an illness, make an appointment with a doctor.
