How often should grip strength be measured?

Measure grip strength every 4–8 weeks so that changes are reliably detectable. Beginners may benefit from a slightly tighter rhythm during the first 4–6 weeks to learn their normal variation. Regular measurement helps you adjust training and recovery. Do the test as part of Puhti’s body measurement and follow your results in Oma Puhti.
