How is grip strength measured?

Grip strength is measured with a grip strength meter (dynamometer) by squeezing the device as hard as possible. The result is recorded in kilograms; the test is quick and easy to repeat. The measurement is included in Puhti’s body measurement and is performed during the same visit as the body composition measurement. Buy the body measurement online and take the test without an appointment.
