How does the body composition measurement process work?

Buy the measurement package from puhti.fi.
Read the preparation instructions carefully.
Go to the measurement point and open the door.
Check on the measuring device that the ID and the mobile phone number are the same, i.e., DO NOT change the mobile phone number.
Clean the equipment with cleaning wipes.
Take off your socks and outerwear. The device will automatically deduct one kilogram from the measurement result.
First, measure your blood pressure.
Second, step on the device and follow its instructions.
Finally, measure your hand grip strength.
Step off the device, and the measurement will end automatically.
Clean the equipment with cleaning wipes.
See the results on your report. You will receive a text message notification when the results are ready.

Sample-taking is available at Mehiläinen laboratories in over 75 locations and and body measurement points are available in 24 shopping centers across Finland. The test itself takes only a few minutes.
