We believe that everyone deserves more energy. This idea transformed into a service called Puhti. It seemed that many of us are already tracking movement, nutrition, and our bodies in various ways. One of the precise indicators, our blood values, often seemed to remain hidden.

For many, a lab report has been mostly numbers following consonants. We wanted to create an easy, reliable, and fast service for monitoring and improving personal well-being. It’s easier to improve things if you can track them. Tracking movement, finances, or home energy consumption has already been easy, so why not your own health?

Vitamin levels and iron values, for example, affect everyday endurance. Also, familiar values like cholesterol and blood sugar impact health. We compiled lab tests into easily orderable packages without a referral, providing a clear report.

We want to develop Puhti together. It was nice to hear when a customer wished for us to market the service to more people. We gladly welcome feedback and ideas on how we can make an even better service.
